Eleven programmes, one aim: helping people stand on their own. Some of this work is immediate, like food after a flood. Some takes years, like a school or a steady income. Here is all of it, in one place.
Humanitarian Assistance
When disaster strikes, our teams reach families fast with food, shelter, and warm clothes.
Floods, cyclones, and cold snaps don't wait, and neither do we. Within days of an emergency, our field teams are handing out food, blankets, and shelter materials. We also run one of the larger Rohingya relief operations in the camps at Cox's Bazar.

Water, Sanitation & Hygiene
Clean water changes everything, so we sink wells and teach families how to keep water and hands safe.
A single hand pump can free a family from waterborne illness and hours of walking. We install tube wells and tap wells, build latrines and washblocks, and run the hygiene sessions that make them stick. Thousands of pumps are already in the ground across the country.

Health & Nutrition
For families far from a clinic, we bring the clinic to them.
Our outdoor clinics and medical camps reach villages that a hospital never will. Mothers get care through pregnancy and after, children get checked and fed, and adolescents get honest answers about their health. Tobacco-control awareness runs alongside it all.

Education
We keep children in school who might otherwise be sent out to work.
Poverty pulls children out of the classroom early. We run formal and non-formal schools, bring dropouts back, and cover stipends and materials for orphan and low-income students so the cost of learning never becomes the reason they stop.

Livelihoods & Agriculture
A cow, a sewing machine, or a rickshaw can turn one-off aid into a steady wage.
Relief keeps a family alive; a livelihood keeps them standing. We hand over livestock, sewing machines, and vans, back small businesses, and give farmers seeds, tools, and a route to market so the help pays for itself long after we've gone.

Environment & Climate
We plant trees, put solar on rooftops, and help coastal villages get ready before the next cyclone.
Bangladesh sits on the front line of a changing climate. We green campuses and villages with trees, bring in solar and biogas, distribute fuel-efficient stoves, and help coastal communities plan for the storms they know are coming.

Skill Development
Young people leave our courses with a skill someone will pay for.
A certificate on its own rarely pays the bills. We teach the things employers actually hire for, from computers and graphic design to welding and auto servicing, and help graduates start something of their own.

Ramadan & Qurbani
Ramadan and Eid should reach every home, and we make sure they do.
For a family counting every taka, the festivals can feel out of reach. We deliver Ramadan food parcels and hot iftar, distribute Zakat-ul-Fitr and Qurbani meat, and put Eid gifts in the hands of children who would otherwise go without.

Orphan & Street Children
Every child deserves a roof, a school, and someone in their corner.
Orphans and children living on the street carry more than any child should. Through sponsorship and care, we cover their food, schooling, and health, and give them the security and small joys, sport, art, a steady adult, that let a child be a child.

Volunteer Development
Around 50 trained volunteers stand with our staff when it matters most.
Volunteers are the reason relief moves fast. We build local teams, train and orient them, and put them to work in emergencies and fundraising drives. Everyone who serves leaves with an experience certificate and, usually, a habit of showing up.
